30 years of Macintosh
We were assigned to design a poster representing the 30 years of innovation and creation of Macintosh. Part of the rubric was to make sure the font used Helvetica and only used one image. It was supposed to be simple and unique. So, I attempted to do that by trying to make a pattern of one of the quotes Apple uses on a already existing poster by just copying and pasting it in a sort of grid line thing. This project was cool, I didn't really have any problems with it except for the fact that I sort of had a hard time transferring from Photoshop to Illustrator. But after I spent a few minutes on it I got the hang of it.

Hendrix University
We had to make an advertisement of a college. I decided since there is not a Hendrix University and there should be, I would make an ad for it. Basically, I just took a picture of college graduates from google images and used one of the guy's face it and replaced it with a more beautiful face of Jimi Hendrix. I added a cool trippy background and a sentence for the ad that would make someone want to go there even more.

Drivers Wanted!
Mr. Cole assigned us a project that required us to create an old vintage advertisement for a Karting race. He expected us to complete the entire project within four days. We had to research on the internet to locate a variety of logos and pictures to be included in the project. I believed this was a very good use of my time because I can now create advertisements! Whoo.
